You take Agnus Castus to help

and when you stop taking Agnus Castus it will encourage your body to produce

again until your body is ready for you to stop.
This is not the same as taking synthetic form of progesterone.

a liver support such as Milk Thistle for couple of months

you have heavy periods take iron this will support your iron levels and help
